CoCo Key Resort and Water Park Orlando

good location that is walkable to a lot of places to eat and shop. As far as theme parks, might be a little far. Rooms are a bit dated but they're trying. Bathroom shower looks completely new. Flooring inside room is new. Only had 1 working elevator in our building so.. Great for families with young kids as the water park/slides are attached. We had 5 adults in our party. My 1 son slept on pull out couch prob from the 80s. He's young so he's able to recover

Here is the English translation: --- Superb We hesitated to book this hotel mainly because of the Google reviews, but in the end it was an excellent surprise. The staff let us access the water park while waiting for our room. The slides are really nice, even for adults. The 3 pools are heated, and the whole complex is very clean, certainly freshly renovated. We walked to ICON Park and were able to visit the gift shops on the street at the same time. Breakfast is really complete, and the waitresses are friendly and available. Truly fantastic. The only downside is that the water park only opens at 11 a.m., which means you can't enjoy it on the day of checkout. Fortunately, the pool and spa open at 8 a.m., so we were able to go before leaving.

( see update below) We just arrived. People are kind but what in the actual hell are these fake hidden fees? 45 USD a night just to be here and then 15.81$ per night just to mark a car? Do NOT and I repeat be careful DO NOT FALL for this. Be prepared to pay 400$ plus a night. Contacting Expedia to ensure there is something done about this! UPDATE: Expedia should have told us this. Julisa was amazing and helped us on checkout. Buffet was amazing each day , Sandra made this experience less stressful and the renovated rooms were very clean and decent. Hygienic. Other than the extra resort and parking fees, this would be perfect

We had a great stay here, the staff was very friendly especially Julissa. She helped us get everything we needed and check our bags while we waited. The Waterpark was a lot of fun and even got a workout in at their gym. I recommend this place for anyone especially with family. We were here on a travel volleyball tournament and the while team had a very fun time.

It's interesting. Cocokey Hotel Orlando, truly amazing, we LOVED our stay here. The rooms are renovated and brand new, with great details. It's a very family - friendly hotel with a water park and front pool and stores like Starbucks. I loved it. The breakfast has a good variety and is acceptable priced. There are many places to visit in the area and it's in a great location. Amazing room service, fresh and pleasant cleaning. We really appreciate the service from the housekeeper.

Wow……. Just wow, we had nordine at the front desk, we had an issue with our room on check in and it was a bit of a mess (our fault) I went to the front desk the day after to sort it out expecting it to be a big thing, 5 mins and Nordine sorted everything out. Absolutely gobsmacked as we’ve never had service quite like that. Cannot recommend enough even going 1-3 times a year for the last 10 years. We tried a few of the pools here and the water park was cool but the water temp was absolutely freezing so we didn’t stay long, we came to use the pool next to reception which was heated and it was like getting into a warm bath, the water was amazing after a morning of parks and walking The hotel is so clean. UPDATE 1: So just wanted to update here, again more wow, on day 3 now. These refurbished rooms are kept immaculate. The lady who cleaned the room Yamaira did an exceptional job. I’m sure I’ll be adding more as the days go by. UPDATE 2: So we had email saying we needed to checkout but with the amazing help of Carolina (whom helped us with the room change on day 1) was able to sort everything out in about 45seconds. The staff here will bend over backwards trying to help you.

Great overall hotel. We were lucky to have a remodelled room which was very clean and nicely finished. Room came with a handy fridge and microwave but no tools to eat anything with (plates etc), so worth considering if you wish to make full use of those. Only downside was the interconnecting door to adjacent room had no sound proofing and every sound could easily be heard.....not helped by the large gap at the bottom and tiled floor. On several occasions we were woken early and late by noisy neighbours. Please consider this if booking, and also try to keep your own noise down. Also unsure how long some areas will remain in good condition. Some parts outsode such as the black floor of the paths was already showing some signs of wear, and the paint on the bathroom doors could be easily scraped off with your nail after a hot shower. Staff were amazing and any issues quickly resolved, kettle arrived within about 10 minuites after asking for one, hence the 5 star review. Im sure once this is fully refurbished, it can only be better. Also worth noting is the discount you can get on site as a guest of the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay here, the location is in a perfect spot the hotel was spotless and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The kids loved the water park and the pool was lovely and warm, perfect in the evening. The room was ideal for us, cleaned everyday with fresh towels. If you want to watch football I recommend Murphy’s bar that’s about a 5-10 minutes walk away. The shuttle bus to universal studios was great to use. I cannot fault our stay here we absolutely loved it and will be booking again next year!
